Finger-Jointed Decking

This decking product is used primarily for flatbed trailers and containers.  Made of the Keruing and Kapur, our finger-jointed decking uses a horizontal finger joint to connect the pieces together.  The glued horizontal joint is preferred because it acts as a structural member – increasing the strength of the board.  Independent tests conclude that in addition to preventing moisture entry, our glued horizontal joint is actually as strong as the wood itself.

Finger-joined decking has several advantages.  First, it can be produced to the exact length.  No end trimming is required.  Second, because each plank is machined to the exact length, labor for installation can be reduced significantly.
